This is our foundation. The flagship program is built with purpose and strategy. Combining years of understanding rehabilitation and performance. It can be utilized in an open gym format or in small group training.
Teen Strength Program
Built for the high school athlete to help them not only build literal strength upon their athleticism but to each them how structured training can be the foundation for their athletic career. It is delivered in a small group format bringing the aspects of a physical therapist into a team like atmosphere.
